This is an installation done by Suzann Victor and it is called Rainbow Circle: Capturing A Natural Phenomenon. It was showcased at the National Museum of Singapore as part of the Singapore Biennale 2013 exhibition. The installation was one of the best highlights for me as it casts a rainbow which can be seen only at different angles. It reminds me of the waterfall I have seen in Cambodia which was really captivating and intriguing to me. It appeals to me that rainbows which usually appears naturally with sunlight and water vapor could be done artificially, like this installation.
